Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Replacements
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right ❤️
Late or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please reach out and we’ll take care of you with a solution.
Order Changes
If you need to update your address or details, please contact us as soon as possible ❤️ Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.
